MBA graduate (2013) and multilingual (French, English, Spanish and Arabic), I am result-oriented, customer focused, innovation driven, a solution seller and a natural team leader.
My knowledge, know-how and soft skills were developed and/or strengthened through 10 years of experience mainly in international business development, project management and entrepreneurship.
My goal is to contribute to prepare businesses to the challenges of tomorrow.
I did it through my previous experiences. In SGS, as GKAM, I helped my customers to be aware and compliant with national and European safety and environmental regulations, to understand CSR trends in order to anticipate some of them and more broadly to develop their sustainability policy and ensure their business continuity.
And this is what I'm intending to do again at a strategic level to tackle the business transformation challenge that is necessary today to become or remain competitive tomorrow.
Environmental and social issues entailed a global awareness and a sense of emergency to change. And this imperative to change applies to all actors at a global level and especially to businesses.
I strongly believe that they have a central role to play in figuring out breakthrough solutions. Businesses can really create the momentum we need, enlisting all actors from governments to communities to NGOs and to public, to manage the major turning point that will make us more sustainable than ever.
Although there is a global agreement on the necessity of sustainability, some studies revealed that executives and operational managers are struggling to put sustainability into practice. They are wondering “how to get started?”.
I intended to answer to this uncovered question through my MBA final project by proposing a new management tool that can help practitioners to lead a successful transformation, that can be called the Business 3.0 model.
And this is for me the next logical step in my career path: to contribute actively to enhance corporate sustainability implementing innovation in mind -sets, supporting and promoting initiatives within the organization and even beyond its boundaries.
