I'M A PROCESS GUY!
Whether it’s design, learning, problem-solving, or even making my favorite coffee, I thrive on understanding how things work. This curiosity has shaped my journey as both an architect and an educator, constantly exploring how we design better, learn smarter, and push creative boundaries.
INSIDE ACADEMIA
My PhD research focuses on how architects think and learn. Passionate about advancing architectural practice and education, I co-created and sponsored many design thinking events from 2015 to 2022 and was a TEDx speaker in 2017. I believe that human intuition and creativity will safeguard our role in creating environments, especially in an era where AI and machine learning are becoming part of the process.
PRACTICING ARCHITECTURE
I am actively engaged in design practice ensuring that my academic approaches are seamlessly applied to real-world projects. I see every design process as a creative dialogue with my clients to refine ideas into new, coherent solutions. My work includes master planning, architectural design, interior environments, and FF&E, always focusing on creating unified, engaging experiences.
OUTSIDE OF WORK
I’m always exploring—whether through sketching, reading philosophy, or digging into how history influences design. For me, architecture isn’t just about buildings; it’s about the ideas, stories, and experiences that shape them.
Let's connect and talk about design, learning, or even coffee :)
