I’m Dr. Amina Shameen—Pakistan’s first Pediatric&Neuro PT Specialist, Public Policy Scholar (GCU Lahore), Columnist, Researcher, Author, and Entrepreneur.

My work bridges healthcare excellence, policy reform, and cultural innovation. Holding an MA in Political Science and pursuing an MPhil in Public Policy & Governance, I research health systems and authored Mall Road Lahore: It’s Not Just a Road, It’s a Complete Literature.

I lead Project PALAT and Amina Shameen Welfare Foundation for health equity. Creatively, I founded House of Aamna: Wear Your Legacy and Velvet Crave, practice NCA calligraphy, and run Speaks by Amina Shameen.

When not working, you’ll find me reading, writing, or enjoying coffee.
