Amir Khosravi
Sales & Marketing Manager and Coffee Industry & Espresso Equipment Specialist in Tehran, Tehran, Iran
I'm an engineer with a genuine passion for coffee and coffee equipment. After earning my degree in Agricultural Machinery Engineering at Shiraz University, I began my career hands-on — as a barista, head of bar, and café owner-manager — before moving into content and research work in Iran's specialty coffee scene. From there, I built a career across sales, business development, and team leadership, working extensively with both B2B and B2C customers in the café, restaurant, and hospitality sectors.
Today, I lead sales and marketing at Parse Holding, with a particular focus on B2B relationships, business development, and corporate communications. My background also includes deep, hands-on experience with HORECA equipment — sales, installation, and after-sales service — across various top brands of the industry. I completed specialist training with UNIC Espresso Machines in Nice, France, covering installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of coffee machines, and I've coordinated coffee equipment technicians and led customer training on proper equipment use.
I've represented the Iranian coffee industry at several international exhibitions including Coffee Festivals (Amsterdam, Istanbul, Dubai), World of Coffee Events (Dublin and Budapest, Amsterdam), and Host Milano, and coached Iran's national barista champion for international competition. I bring together the commercial and technical sides of the coffee business — understanding both what customers need to succeed and what it takes to support them after the sale.
