Amirparsa Shafiee is an Iranian researcher and musician.

Amirparsa Shafiee (Persian: امیرپارسا شفیعی), professionally known as Parsa Daryadel (born 23 July 2003 in Shiraz, Iran), is an Iranian composer, percussionist, actor, DJ, martial artist, and researcher. He began his artistic career in music during childhood by learning the Tombak. In 2019, he officially started his professional career as a composer. In 2018, he was recognized as one of the outstanding young Tombak players in Shiraz. He also performed at the 10th National Youth Music Festival of Iran, where he was recognized among the country's distinguished young musicians.

He served as the leader of the Eagles of Iran Choir and later the Joshan Choir and Theater Group. Between 2020 and 2025, he was active in the field of patriotic (epic) music. He currently conducts research in the specialized fields of Maritime Navigation and Aviation Navigation.

In addition to playing the Tombak, Shafiee is skilled in several percussion instruments, including the Darbuka, Cajón, Percussion, Acoustic Drums, and Keyboard.

Music Performance, Composition, and Arrangement

Alongside his career as a performer, Shafiee is also active as a composer and music arranger. He began composing professionally in 2019 and has also produced instrumental music. During his career, he collaborated with Iranian pop singer Hamed Homayoun in Shiraz.

In the field of pop music, he composed and performed the songs "Hess-e Asheghaneh," "Eid Shirazi," "Eshgh-e Bi Enteha," "Tanhaei," and "Ghesseh-ye Shirin." In 2024, he also composed a cheerful Bandari-style song titled "Dokhtar Bandar."

In the field of patriotic music, he composed "Iran Mahd-e Shirān," "Iran Ghahreman," "Mowj-haye Sakht," and "Farzandan-e Darya." His final patriotic composition, "Farzandan-e Darya," was released in 2025.

Through his official Instagram account, Shafiee announced that he would no longer continue his activities in patriotic music and stated that he intended to focus more on Pop and Classical music. He had been active in the patriotic music scene for approximately five years.

End of Activities in Patriotic Music

In 2020, Shafiee founded the Eagles of Iran Choir and entered the field of patriotic music with the composition "Iranam Mahd-e Shirān." In 2022, the choir was dissolved.

After a short hiatus, he established the Joshan Choir in 2023. With the performance of "Iran Ghavi," the group won Second Place at the Mazandaran Festival.

In 2024, he composed "Mowj-haye Sakht" and "Iran Ghahreman." However, due to technical difficulties and organizational challenges, the group was unable to perform these works live, resulting in their failure to qualify for the 2024 Mazandaran Music Festival.

In 2025, he produced "Farzandan-e Darya," which he described as his final patriotic composition. On his official Instagram page, he announced the end of his activities in patriotic music composition and choir leadership.

An international choir competition involving six countries was scheduled for September 2025, but it was canceled following the 12-Day War that occurred in June 2025.

Shafiee and the Joshan Choir made their final appearance at the Shahid Enshaei Student Festival, part of the Mazandaran Provincial Choir Festival, where they received Second Place in Group Performance and he was recognized as Best Vocal Performer. Following this performance, he officially retired from patriotic music.

Personal Life and Other Skills

Shafiee is also active in Kyokushin Karate. He holds Black Belts in the KWF, Matsushima, and Ichigeki styles. He competes as a fighter and has also performed in Kata competitions in the Ichigeki style. He has won championship titles in the provinces of Fars and Khuzestan.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Navigation Engineering and Ship Command and conducts academic research in the fields of Maritime Navigation and Aviation.

Acting and Production

In 2024, during the Mazandaran Theater Festival held at Khwarizmi Hall of Imam Khomeini University, Shafiee served as the producer of the Joshan Theater Group and also performed as an actor.
