By leading sales, distribution and business plans, along with P&L, marketing, PR and customer-focused initiatives in coordination with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams, I have delivered sustainable growth in start-up and scale-up environments.
For Forevermark Diamonds, I set up and scaled up operations in India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan and Burma, and achieved multi-fold growth in 5 years.
While with the Swatch Group, I built the retail distribution network for the Rado brand, including exclusive boutiques, and secured double-digit increase in top line Y-o-Y.
