Friendship Portugal-Luxembourg (APL) a.s.b.l. Was founded in 1969 to allow a better relationship between lusophones and Luxembourgers. But for several years, the association has evolved with immigration in Luxembourg. Today, APL is an association of plural friendships that promotes intercultural and intergenerational dialogue.
