Born on 2nd Oct 1976 in a Maharashtrian Hindu Karade Bhramin family to lovely parents Mr. N G Bhagwat & Mrs. N N Bhagwat in Amravati. My dad is retired chemical professional & mom is retired CBSE secondary & higher-secondary teacher

I have stayed in Gujarat for 16yrs completed my studies in Vapi & Silvassa.

I am married to Trupti Dandawate, blessed with lovely daughter, my wife works for a India's second largest co-operative bank.

Career, it is close to 15yrs that I have been in IT industry. I started my career as Network Engineer after spending 7yrs in technical field moved to recruitment & it has been beautiful 9yrs journey & enjoying it. I have very good knack of business development, very strong can do it & will do it attitude.

I have already seen 2 recessions year 2000 & 2008-2010. Still I am loyal to this industry & love it.

I can give run for money to any "trained" recruitment professional, there is not a technology in IT for which I have not recruited.
