Ammar Tahir

Hi, I’m Ammar Tahir — a tech entrepreneur, dreamer, and someone who believes in turning setbacks into stepping stones. I'm the founder of Forhopp, a freelance marketplace built to empower freelancers across the world, especially in regions where payment access and platform fees are constant barriers.

My journey started when I was 15, blogging and monetizing my first website — until it was hacked and wiped out. Instead of giving up, I kept experimenting. I tried e-commerce, freelancing, and eventually found myself facing the same problems many freelancers from Pakistan face: no PayPal, high fees, and limited options. That frustration became fuel. That’s how Forhopp was born.

Today, I’m studying Artificial Intelligence at COMSATS University Lahore and building toward something bigger. Beyond freelancing, I’m passionate about AI, quantum computing, neural-symbolic systems, and using technology to address real global problems, like climate change.

Before Forhopp, I ran a digital marketing agency, Digital Dose, where I learned how to serve clients, build brands, and grow through challenges. Now, I’m focused on creating sustainable, impactful ventures that can empower people around the world.
