Asahi Yukizai Corporation formerly known as Asahi Organic Chemicals Industry Co. Ltd of Japan and Modi Rubber Limited of India have collaborated to form Asahi Modi Materials Private Limited (AMMPL) in November 2012 and is involved in the manufacturing of resin-coated sand/shell sand using high quality washed silica sand, artificial sand or cera-beads and solid phenolic resins for automotive and non-automotive original equipment manufacturers in the Indian and overseas market. Located in GIDC Jhagadia, Dist. Bharuch with a total area of 27000 sqm built-up area of 3000. The Capacity of the Plant is to manufacture 4000 tons/month and is one of the largest manufacturers for Resin Coated Sand In India.

We have started our mass production in May 2015. Exploring to put up a Reclamation Plant using Japanese Technology (Recycling Silica Sand) and to set up two more factories in the coming years.
