Amrut Sridhara Hiranya was born with a strong desire to work with dogs.
He earned several awards as a schoolboy for raising, importing, and displaying dogs.
He then began training canines and studying the techniques of other trainers around the country.
With the help and supervision of his parents and older brother, he completed his Engineering degree at the same time.

Despite having completed his Engineering degree, Amrut's passion was for canine psychology, therefore he opted to enrol in the outstanding Canine Psychology and Behaviour Course offered by the Animal Sciences Department at UNITEC in New Zealand after conducting extensive study.

Amrut graduated as the course topper in December 2009, proving that this option was a wise one.
