Political Beliefs: Liberty/Centrist: Centrist prefer a "middle ground" regarding government control of the economy and personal behavior. Depending on the issue, they sometimes favor government intervention and sometimes support individual freedom of choice. Centrists pride themselves on keeping an open mind, tend to oppose "political extremes," and emphasize what they describe as "practical" solutions to problems.

Social Beliefs: I believe that human behavior, although more complex, is not too muchdifferentthananimalbehavior. This can mostly be assessed through emotions and feelings which are not often controlled by conscious decision. I believe by looking at the genetic, cultural, and environmental predispositions for human motivation, we can work towards a better understanding of morality and social problems. My favorite social scientists and moral psychologists on this topic are Jonathan Haidt, Steven Pinker, and Rebecca Goldstein.

Economic Beliefs: Ibelieve the idea of forced taxation is an abusable system that needs to be abolished. If any governing force should exist, it should be one which regulates and maintains healthy competition in the marketplace with the goal to achieve progress. I am a firm believer that people do not need to conform to society nor does society need to conform to people. Rather, individuals need to use the free market to expand societal norms. Sports, music, video games, YouTube, and other such mediums, are professions which expanded society to to place value where value doesn't exist. It is completely socially constructed. In a free market, I believe everyone is able to pursue their dreams, and receive an illusionary form of currency based on the value which they build themselves. My favorite economists are: Ludwig Von Mises and Fredrich Hayek.
