Amy Bishop, Optometrist earned her bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University and began studying for her doctor of optometry degree at the University of Houston College of Optometry while still completing her undergraduate education. In 1994, she opened her private practice. Since then, optometrist Amy Bishop has continued her training through a variety of advanced courses to support her work in the field.

Maintaining a commitment to quality service, Dr. Bishop employs the latest technologies to ensure her patients receive cutting-edge care. She serves clients from her company, Family Eye Care in Childress, Texas, as well as from TSO Oak Cliff, an established practice she purchased in 2017. Her professional memberships include the American Optometric Association, the Texas Optometric Association, and the National Glaucoma Society.

Alongside her career in optometry, she breeds Texas Longhorns and Quarter Horses and holds membership in both the Texas Longhorn Breeders Association and the American Quarter Horse Association. She also enjoys spending time with her children.
