Amy Hart is a photographer and filmmaker based in New York City. www.CenterPeaceFilms.org

She is the director of Public Health Productions at the New York Academy of Medicine, and is also a professor at NYU Steinhardt School of Public Health.

Her award-winning film, WATER FIRST: Reaching the Millennium Development Goals, a documentary on the central importance of water in addressing all of the major challenges of global development, has been shown at major festivals and conferences around the world. As a photographer, she shoots for many national and international clients including Working Mother Media, National Association of Female Executives, Diversity Best Practices, The New York Academy of Medicine, The Institute of Medicine, Robert Wood Johnson Health and Society Scholars, the International Society on Urban Health and many others.
