Amy Averback is an Employment Matchmaker. With over 25+ years of experience in human resources, talent acquisition and client relations, she has the skills, knowledge and experience to find, link and create long term connections. Amy excels at building relationships, collaborating and strategizing to identify the best match. One of the most rewarding aspects of her career was her continued success with assisting candidates in job search techniques and securing employment while establishing partnerships with hiring managers.

Amy has a unique perspective after working in a dynamic corporate human resources department and at two employment services organizations with distinctly different missions. Whether a large or boutique company, or a sales driven or relationship driven business model, Amy exceeded the stated corporate goals and objectives required to build and sustain successful businesses. She began her career with American International Group as a Human Resources Generalist and doubled the employee population during her tenure. After several years, she joined a start-up staffing consulting business, Insurance Overload Services, specializing in the placement of insurance, healthcare and financial services professionals. In her first year, as a Manager, she developed a $3 million office. She was later promoted to Assistant Vice President where she proceeded to help the organization expand throughout the Northeast and develop into a national organization. Four years ago the company merged with Corporate Resource Services and as the Director of Staffing and Client Relationship Management, she was instrumental in implementing policies and procedures while still being responsible for evaluating business needs and delivering solutions.

Her experience also includes: developing workforce planning, executing staffing strategies, implementing retention programs, sourcing and recruiting, assessing talent, career counseling and handling employee relations issues.
