I started out in direct marketing at a time when organizationsthought about the customer lifecycle as – acquisition, communicate brand value, sale #1, maybe sale #2 and then prayed for loyalty.
I’ve evolved into a marketer who develops ideas that shift consumer behavior, leading to authentic connections with a brand. I’ve been in the trenches and know that loyalty is creates not only by delivering on the brand promise, but also by listening and engaging in an on-going conversation with consumers.
