The recipient of a bachelor's degree in advertising from Iowa State University, Amy Hefti is an experienced marketing executive who began her career at Y&R in New York City, New York. There, she crafted marketing and brand building campaigns for companies such as Campbell's, Pepperidge Farm, and AT&T. In 2003, she was hired by MasterCard as vice president of US and global marketing. Amy Hefti served 3 years in this position, where she was ranked among the top 2 percent of 16,000 employees, and managed a production and media budget of more than $200 million. Among other activities, she managed a pair of Super Bowl ad productions and oversaw all marketing activity in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and India.
Amy Hefti later worked as senior manager at Target, where she implemented a digital campaign to boost grocery sales. She subsequently spent 3 years as senior vice president at McCann in New York City, and has offered her marketing expertise on a freelance basis to clients such as Merrill, Goldman Sachs, Subaru, and American Family Insurance.
