Hi! My name is Amy and I am a sophomore at Plymouth State University. I'm currently studying Social Work. I've always been very passionate about other people. I first fell in love with the line of social work when I took my Intro to Social Work on my campus. It brought me into the community, and made me feel like I was truly making a difference in my society.

I love my friends and family. As you can see in the picture beside this, I am hugging my little sister, Alexa. Alexa came into my life in a very surprised fashion, but I've loved her more than anyone in the whole world since 2011. Being around her is like looking at my younger self from an older me perspective.

She like many others in my life have inspired me to work with children of all ages. I hope that after school I can be working in any school systems as a guidance counselor or social worker. Being around others is really my passion because I enjoy learning from them and connecting with them.

I love meeting new people and traveling to new places. In my blog, I have talked of many places I'd like to go to or have traveled to with family and friends. I hope you'll think like them!
