Amy Kay

Some have called me an artist, a weaver of gifts. Some have called me a wellness coach, a therapist, a healer, a friend. I seek to creatively merge my particular skills and gifts in service to the healing, ascension, and freedom of my clients. With a specialization in oncology, I walk with my clients through their treatments and beyond. I help them seek meaning in the experience through personal exploration and goal setting. I assist them in managing the symptoms through craniosacral therapy, meditation, guided imagery, and visualization. I help them build strength through therapeutic exercise, and carefully modified and therapeutic yoga. I consult on challenging lymphedema cases and point them to clinics in the area, staffed by therapists I know personally, who can meet their needs. I walk a line between the medical model and complementary therapy as a California licensed occupational therapist, a nationally board certified lymphedema specialist, a master's level spiritual counselor, a therapeutic yoga instructor, a craniosacral therapist, a painter, and an ally on the road to meaning making, healing, and transformation for patients, caregivers, and families.
