Hi there , I’m Amy!

I am a Taurus. On the Cusp of Aries. Stubborn and Strong Willed but rather Earthy.

I have 2 boys and a bonus daughter. My husband, kiddos and 3 rescued pups and I live in a small town in Maine.

My childhood and journey of becoming an Autoimmune Warrior has given me a new outlook on life. It has allowed me to reconnect with my higher self and help others.

It has allowed me to use my intuitive gifts and guided me to become a holistic massage therapist.

I enjoy spending time with my family, reading and learning all the things energy/holistic/woo woo. I am very introverted and love quiet. I have found finding and building self care routines to include this daily helps me function.

Not only do I have autoimmune issues, but I am an intuitive empath. I have learned so much in my journey and I love sharing what I have learned to better my life with others.

I work with women to help them tap into their own intuition and become the confident beings they want to become.

I offer readings and healing session with massage, reiki, polarity and crystal work. I have remote and in person sessions available.
