Growing up, we hosted three exchange students from France. And then my parents moved to Paris when I was in high school and my worldview expanded.

I enjoy meeting students from all over the world and encouraging Americans to study abroad in high school and college. I find host families, place and orient university-aged students predominately from China in volunteer internships for Cultural Homestay International's STEP program. Over the summer, I worked as a Program Lead for Envision Experience's Intensive Law and Trial program which took place at Stanford University.

I am on the board of the St. Louis Peace Corps Association, @stlpeacecorps, and attended the annual Peace Corps Connect conference in Washington, DC where I lobbied for an increase in funding for the Peace Corps.

I am from the Midwest but have lived on the East Coast, West Coast, France, and worked in West Africa. Life is an adventure! La vie est une grande aventure! I eagerly await my next chapter. Merci beacoup et bonne journee!
