Amy Whitley of San Antonio, Texas, is a seasoned project manager specializing in supporting federal government and oil and gas industry programs. For the past six years, Amy Whitley has held a position as Project Manager for TEAM Integrated Engineering, Inc., a San Antonio-based private company that consults for government entities on a wide range of environmental, engineering, and logistical projects. Ms. Whitley brings 16 years of experience in environmental consulting, managing government relationships, data analysis and reporting, and team leadership to her work for TEAM Integrated Engineering.

As a project manager, Ms. Whitley played a key role in the Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) program for the US Army Corps of Engineers, winning TEAM Awards in 2004, 2005, 2010, and 2011 for her work. Her success in managing BRAC operations for TEAM Integrated Engineering was preceded by her work as a Senior Environmental Scientist/Geologist on the BRAC team that supported the 1995 closure of Kelly AFB near San Antonio, Texas. As a Geologist on the BRAC team, Amy Whitley coordinated field investigations, managed environmental aspects of construction projects, and provided environmental surveys needed for property transfers.

Having begun her career in public health and then moved into oil and gas followed by a career in environmental consulting, Amy Whitley has a deep knowledge, perspective, and passion for the environment and conservation. She carries this passion into her community through serving the San Antonio area in many capacities, including as Vice President and Land Committee Chair of the Green Spaces Alliance of South Texas. Ms. Whitley enjoys the outdoors, fitness, and walks with her dog.
