Amy Witherite

Amy Witherite is a seasoned personal injury lawyer who co-founded the law firm of Eberstein Witherite, LLP in 2001.

The firm has since its inception specialized in providing unparalleled legal representation for individuals, with a range of personal injury claims. Witherite earned her law degree from Texas Tech School of Law in 1993, and subsequently began working for one of Texas’ oldest and most prestigious law firms. Two years later, the attorney relocated to an insurance defense law firm, which afforded her the opportunity to acquire knowledge of the range of tactics utilized by insurance companies, to defend themselves against claims.

This experience, in turn, she later used to defend victims in personal injury cases.
