My name is Ana-Maria and I am from Bucharest, Romania. I have 33 years old and I come with a background of 15 years of digital marketing and business development experience.

Over the years I handled budgets over $5MM and revenue over $8MM and I developed a database and contacts that include:

ü + 1000 affiliates

ü + 200 contacts with Top USA publishers (ex. NewsMax, TheBlaze, Arcamax, WND, NaturalNews)

ü I have a Strong relationship with Top marketplaces in US (ex. ClickBank, Software Project (MaxWeb), MaxBounty, etc) + over 200 networks

ü I did Media buying and Campaign planning in 17 countries in Europe with multiple payment models: CPA, CPL, CPM, RevShare, CO_reg.

ü I took 7 brand-new companies, 2 new projects and 2 newly created departments from zero to hero.

My experience is related to managing companies from scratch, leading and ensuring a smooth workflow between IT departments, design, creation, customer support, SEO and user experience, media buying, affiliation, and of course marketing and sales teams.

I’m a self-motivated person that created my own digital marketing and affiliation business with a mind-set for problem solving and goal achievement. The most powerful point of my experience is that I have the ability to always see the entire picture of a business, from customer support to consumers, from design to media buying, from social to SEO.

Over the years I managed teams of 30 people in 3 different cities but also had the experience of being led by a manager.

My latest project involved handling the business development of 12cash.com (remote position), a Dutch affiliate network present on the market since one year, by boarding new publishers and advertisers but also creating and managing the brand awareness of the company. My role was also to intensively promote the company’s offers by using multiple social media channels such as Facebook and LinkedIn. I believe that once I understand your audience’s needs and you have people that are driven to succeed as much as I am or even more, the only result that you can have is a very fast growth. Last but not least, the industries that I’ve worked in are various – from adult to entertainment niche, from HoReCa, Fashion to Internet Marketing ones. This helped me understand multiple behaviours, work with various audiences and gain a strong experience. I am a very fast learner with the ability to easily adapt, make new connections and bring profits.
