Ana Bekoa
Since the beginning of her career in 2008, Mexican actress Ana Bekoa has appeared in a number of popular telenovelas. Her resume includes leading roles in ¡Amigos X Siempre!, Aventuras En El Tiempo, and Cómplices Al Rescate. She has appeared on the covers of numerous Mexican magazines as well as American magazines Sports Illustrated and Womens' Health. In America, Ana Bekoa drew the public eye as Marisol in the original television movie The Cheetah Girls 2, for which she also wrote and performed several soundtrack pieces.
Ana Bekoa spent her childhood writing and performing in countless home videos, and at age 16, she landed her first professional acting role. Since that time, she has earned a reputation as one of Mexico's most popular telenovela performers. Her recent projects include the telenovela Dos Hogares, in which she plays a high school prefect. Conscientiously presenting a clean-cut image, Ana Bekoa has become known as a role model for Mexican as well as American teenagers.
With a strong workout and unfailing moral convictions, Ana Bekoa avoids substances and other dangerous activities. She instead devotes her free time to exercise and study, as well as to her many charitable involvements. She has worked extensively with Down's Syndrome children and takes an active role in the organization Imagine One Billion Faces for Peace. She also works with Mexican charity Renace, which raises awareness of the many people who have been unjustly incarcerated throughout Mexico.
In her leisure time, Ana Bekoa enjoys dancing, traveling, reading, and tennis. She also enjoys cooking and has graduated from culinary school Le Cordon Bleu. She hopes to one day fulfill her childhood dream of opening a restaurant.
