Ana Gómez Narváez

Málaga, Spain

I am an economist, expert in Active Employment Policies, CSR and governance of organizations.

During the past 15 years I have worked for the local government in the development of employment programmes and the establishment of public-private partnerships oriented towards operating in the region from a perspective of Shared Social Responsibility.

For more than a year and a half I have been working as a volunteer in the Association for Responsible Management of Organizations (ADRO), of which I am also Vice President and from where we promote new forms of ethical and responsible management of public and private organizations, and also act as catalysts for social innovation projects.

I have a 13 year old son, Hector, and another great existential ally, my partner, Max. I like discovering new cultures and setting professional and personal challenges for myself, both ethical and social, in order to better take part in the processes of change towards a more just and solidary society, especially with the most vulnerable.

If I could reincarnate in someone, it would undoubtedly be Debbie Harry, the leader of the New York band, Blondie, which marked a turning point in the punk revolution of the 70s and for whom I confess my devotion since I was 12.
