I was an All-American defensive tackle at Kutztown University and was signed as a free agent with the Washington Redskins. I played in the NFL Europe League and won the World Bowl in 1999 followed by another brief stint in the NFL with the Seattle Seahawks

I have coached for the Miami Dolphins in 2009 and Cleveland Browns in 2008. I previously was the defensive line / defensive coordinator at Columbia University in the Ivy League.

I have also won a National Championship at the collegiate level having been part of the #1 defense in the country.

I coached four seasons in the NFL Europe League as the defensive line coach with the Barcelona Dragons, Scottish Claymores and Hamburg Sea Devils. There I have coached several players who went on to play in Super Bowls.

Prior to NFL Europe I was a graduate assistant at the University of Connecticut under then head football coach Randy Edsall from 2001 to 2003.
