Dr. Anand P. Lalaji is a physician, entrepreneur, and healthcare innovator dedicated to advancing medical imaging through technology, data, and clinical expertise. As the co-founder and CEO of The Radiology Group, he brings more than 20 years of experience in diagnostic and musculoskeletal radiology, combining deep clinical knowledge with a focus on building organizations that improve patient care.

Dr. Lalaji earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Binghamton University and a Doctor of Medicine from SUNY Downstate Medical Center. He completed his radiology residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine and Montefiore Medical Center, followed by a fellowship in musculoskeletal radiology at Wake Forest University School of Medicine.

Throughout his career, Dr. Lalaji has founded and led multiple healthcare ventures, including The Woman's Imaging Group, Inside Injuries, and Performance Medilytics, where he serves as Chief Medical Officer. His work focuses on applying artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, and emerging technologies to enhance diagnostic accuracy, streamline healthcare operations, and improve patient outcomes.

In 2018, Dr. Lalaji founded the Lalaji Foundation, which supports research, education, and community programs helping people live healthier, more hopeful lives. From advancing medical breakthroughs to investing in young athletes and students, their work focuses on one simple goal: helping individuals reach their full potential.

Raised in New York City in a family with strong healthcare and engineering roots, Dr. Lalaji developed an early passion for science, innovation, and lifelong learning. Beyond his professional work, he actively supports philanthropic initiatives that promote women's leadership in sports, mental health awareness, and cancer research.
