Ana Nives Radović was born in Kotor (Montenegro) in 1984. After American studies in 2007 she graduated in economics of management and in 2010 in the EU law, and she also holds a Master title in economics and finance. She entered the world of finance in 2004 when she got her first co-operative education job in a bank, while later she was working in marketing and financial departments related to tourism. Her private consulting business was established in 2008, which later included EU projects. While researching financial markets created the need to publish articles, she was collaborating with media since 2009. Her articles about unsustainability of global finance, analytical reviews of global economic issues, as well as translations from English, French, Italian, Spanish and Slovenian language made for various magazines and web portals are available on this website. The project namedDividing by Zerois a foundation for her PhD and it is foremost dedicated to indicating on unfounded reasons for introducing 0% interest rate and disorder in the capital market, explaining how the blockchain is seen as a response to irregularities of centralised systems. While working as a financil analyst and lecturer in FinTech, she was the first Montenegrin to present academic thesis related to blockchain named "Bitcoin and Contemporary Financial Operations". She has been painting since 2004 and for promotional purposes across Europe she uses page, while all of the profit from sales goes to charity. She published more than 400 analytical articles related to post-crisis problems in global economy, that she used as the basis for creating an educational program for young people aged 16 to 26 to whom she gave courses in The Hague and Copenhagen. In cooperation with universities and institutes since 2013 she is a lecturer in the fields of entrepreneurship and financial management. She conducted a series of research related to the Blockchain platform, and in 2016 she initiated the idea of converting the Hilton Honors points of this hotel chain into digital money. From 2017 she is the director of the Tourist Organization of Kotor Municipality which is why she is developing a special educational program for young people in the area of improvement of the business environment, which should be realized in cooperation with the Gymnasium in Kotor. She was aTEDx speaker where her talk was namedTechHumanity.
