Anas Abubakar is an active debater that has represented Nigeria in the world schools debating championship in Thailand in 2014, Singapore in 2015, and the Czech Republic in 2017.
Aside from debating, Anas is a budding learner with special interests in science fiction writing, climate/environmental activism, and mental health and an advocate for educational equality and equity.

a community development program that sets to deliver quality learning materials to students in less privileged communities by building libraries in public schools through collaboration with the government, local associations, community residents, and stakeholders in education in Kaduna state. With the hope of extending the program to the rest of the country in the near future.
Co-founder of Green Leaf Initiative, an environmental protection-oriented initiative that is set on Educating the general populace on Climate change and inspiring actions against it.
In his downtime, Anas occasionally enjoys thriller and science fiction novels, digital art, public speaking, amateur microscopy, and Astronomy.
