I was an entrepreneur for over 15 years, combining business intelligence with executive coaching to generate rapid and sustainable growth in organizations of a wide variety of industries. I have facilitated organizational change processes and trainings for C- level executives on soft skills, reaching more than 10,000 people.

Looking for opportunities to collaborate with international development endeavors, I decided to join the Inter-American Development Bank in 2017, where I currently coordinate the execution of the Digital Transformation Program and lead corporate innovation efforts.
