Anastasia is a Louisville, KY native. She attended Kentucky State University, graduating Magna Cum Laude with two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Liberal Studies and Studio Art with a concentration in digital design in 2011. During her matriculation Anastasia participated in internships to help prepare her for a creative career in advertising; she worked for companies such as Ketchum Directory Advertising, the J.B. Speed art Museum, and the Creativity Awards International. Like many recent graduates she was faced with the difficulty of finding a job in a time when most firms were downsizing. It was this unique hardship that prompted Anastasia to create ThirtyNine, a graphic design and photography service aimed to provide quality work to small businesses in the Louisville Metro Area. Since then, she has worked as a photographer and graphic designer for the Kentucky Center of African American Heritage, Mogul Magazine and other organizations/businesses across the city.
In addition to Freelance, Anastasia also manages a small jewelry boutique, works part time as a seamstress, and also works at her family owned business. Anastasia enjoys creating fine art that often focuses on her cultural heritage, and volunteering in her community.
Anastasia is currently pursuing her Master's degree in Advertising at the University of Texas.
