I am a Quality Assurance Assistant currently living in Lower Sackville.

My interests range from music to sports. I am also interested in hiking, dance, and reading.

During my work I try to be democratic, but because of high standards in food and product safety policy this leadership style is not the best one.

In manufacturing industry especially in quality department coaching leadership style works better together with affiliative.

In our company we believe that people is our power. This is why it is important to be focused on individual growth of our employees, and build emotional bonds.

Usually I am holding myself and others to high standards. I feel that at some point the constant pushing create pressure environment.

This is why I am working on finding balance between all leadership styles. I hope this course will help me quickly identify which style to use according to situation.
