I have been working in the European innovation ecosystems since 2007, after 5 years of experience in multinationals. Accomplishments I am most proud of: creating valuable opportunities by supporting startups and scaleups to secure 21+ million EUR funds through EU Programmes; building teams, structures, systems and processes in 6 business areas, contributing to the development of operations in 9 EU countries in 6 years, of an ecommerce in home decor market, while serving as a COO.

Today, I partner with founders for the development of business operations and co-creation of effective business plans and people solutions. I have a particular focus on the role of leadership in facilitating innovation and developing innovation management capabilities. I coach and mentor employees to (re)discover their hidden talents and improve how they interact and influence the environment in which they work.
