Anayansi Corey

Army veteran Anayansi Corey is currently a property manager, plus a Spanish tutor. She joined the Army looking for a way to pay for college; she served with distinction in the military. She also worked in the school system for many years in the Human Resources office and later as a schoolteacher. She loves working with children and teaching. She brought the same level of protection and cared that she had with her Soldiers as a non-commission officer (NCO) in personnel and as a Public Affairs Officer (PAO) to the classroom. A proud mother of two, Anayansi strived to teach her children good moral standing. As an immigrant, she taught them an appreciation for the country, hard work, good morals, and a love of learning.
