👋🏼 Hi, I'm Dasha! I’m a User Researcher and Experience Designer based in Randstad, NL with an MSc in Marketing and over 6 years of experience in consumer research and data analysis for FMCG, Automotive, Telecommunication, and OTA (Travel) companies.

👩🏻‍💻 My experience as a researcher and data analyst has allowed me to rely heavily on data, trends, and insights to help stakeholders strategize toward optimal product and customer experience decisions. I’ve worked with cross-functional teams to uncover market trends, business performance, and user pain points, as well as deliver insights in the form of dashboards and reporting tools that are easy to use, concise, and visually appealing.

🏆 In 2020, I became a certified UX designer which equipped me with experience in design thinking methodology, user-centered design, usability evaluation, design systems, interface design, and many more. These skills help me build a solution that helps Muslim users when keeping track of their religious practices and mental health and also when following their faith-based needs during their travels. The design thinking skill has increased my ability in identifying usability issues in report deliverables and in ensuring the user-friendliness of every reporting output within my role as a data analyst.

🎯 In my next role, I’m seeking to collaborate with a mid-to-large, diverse, in-house team of product designers to leverage my analysis skills and creativity to build strategic design solutions that solve user’s unmet needs and improve their delight while also being able to find a good middle ground among ethical, social, environmental, and business objectives.

🤿 Among many interests I mostly enjoy traveling, reading fiction novels, going to see theater performances and concerts, and discovering new cuisines. In 2022, I became a certified recreational open-water scuba diver. I dived into one of the most beautiful locations in the world, Raja Ampat in Indonesia. My aim is to participate in a live-aboard diving experience to further improve my expertise in exploring mesmerizing marine life.
