Helping international and immigrant startups connect to and get established in Silicon Valley through curated events, workshops, retreats, and unique experiences.

Silicon Valley is historically the epicenter of all things technology, from early stage startups to Venture-backed sharing economy apps, to Forbes top 15 tech giants, the Bay Area is a launchpad for nearly all innovative companies we know of today.

Being an international citizen and daughter of two Irish immigrants, living in a city that is full of transplants from all over the world has made me passionate about helping others understand the ins and outs of this ridiculous and infectious startup ecosystem. I love helping startups navigate the waters through understanding social capital, the importance of making diversity a priority early-on, the proper ways to reach out to investors, and sharing perspective as to what the "Silicon Valley bar" entails.

I am the Co-Founder of Founders Embassy, the world's first embassy designed to help international and immigrant entrepreneurs who are committed to making a positive impact on the world get established and navigate the Silicon Valley ecosystem. I'm obsessed with curating events and creating opportunities for inspiring individuals to ask hard questions, get advice, and share their stories. I'm a natural connector, an avid community builder, and I strive to make relentless optimism my life motto.
