My name is Lane Mahoney and I graduated from Royse City High School in 2023. While in high school, I focused on a lineman career field. As a teenager i worked outside a lot an and its the only way i would enjoy working and i like what linemen do giving people electricty and hights dont bother me so i feel like that is the job for me.

The role of education points kids in the right direction for their life long careers. In my life, my participation in FFA has directed me to the line of work I'd like to be involved. As a lineman, you have to have a strong work ethic, and specialized skills. School has shown me that its important to pay attention and always do your best.
