I worked as a banker at PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk as an Associate Relationsip Manager. I was responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining the collaborative business relationship management process with my experience and deep understanding of finance and law in order to provide sound and reliable advice to clients. Therefore, I became the repository for knowledge and experience in collaborative working in the company. Later on, I served a startup company as the Head of Legal and Compliance.

I have dedicated my self for social security development in Indonesia through working at National Social Security Council (Dewan Jaminan Sosial Nasional), and at the same time I also worked at Isdar Yusuf Law Office (IYLO) as Junior Partner.

Now, I'm working as Legal Manager at Teleperformance Indonesia and running my own firm - Vladimir Basyar Firnanda.
