I have led four multi-year business and technology transformations (3-4 years each from start to finish) at Coca-Cola Amatil ($4 Billion market cap then), Dairy Farmers ($1 Billion market cap), The Smith Family ($80 Million turnover) and InvoCare ($1.5 Billion market cap) – in all cases with full responsibility managing larger cross-functional teams (up to 150 people) and budgets (up to $30M) with annualized ROI of up to 20%.

During the last 8 years, besides driving transformational change, I also shouldered full responsibility assuring business-as-usual business and tech ops as CIO (across 120-260 business locations nationally & internationally).
