Andiswa Xhanti

Andiswa Xhanti is my name and I am a Bachelor of Education Student at the University of Johannesburg specializing in History and English. My interest and dedication towards education make me strive to create impactful learning experiences for learners.

Currently, I work as a tutor at Shayamoya Secondary School. In my role, I help learners with their academic needs and create an encouraging and inclusive learning environment. Through this job, I have sharpened my skills in communication, leadership, and class management. Additionally, this role has rekindled my love for teaching.

I am a hardworking, committed, and diligent person who is always willing to learn new skills. I value team spirit as I always enjoy working with individuals from different backgrounds. Aspiring to be a knowledgeable, encouraging, and empowering teacher in the future.

In my free time, I love reading novels, singing and playing netball. Reading opens up my mind through enhancing my knowledge base and critical thinking while helping me to appreciate literature. Playing netball encourages team spirit and develops other virtues.
