Harvard Business School graduate Andrea Riposati began his professional career as a faculty member of Harvard's Department of Economics, where he taught during his final year of study before moving on to work as an associate at Booz & Company. Following a year of real-world business experience, Riposati went on to a successful career at Amazon.

While at Amazon, Riposati got his start as a Product Manger at the company's Seattle location. In this role, he worked with Amazon for Business (then known as AmazonSupply). Riposati created the Marketplace for Business to Business and Industrial supplies, making it easier for businesses to get the tools they needed to succeed. Riposati also achieved triple-digit revenue growth during his time in this role, partially due to his creation of algorithms that created personalized recommendations for businesses using the service.

After completing his first role at Amazon, Andrea Riposati moved on to working as a project manager, launching a 3D printing initiative at Amazon. Following a year in this role, Riposati went on to serve as the Chairman of Muse Technologies in New York City.

In December of 2016, Andrea Riposati shifted gears and founded Dante Genomics, a company working to make genetic medical insights a reality for people around the world. The company was founded on the principle of whole genome sequencing, which provides actionable insights to customers and healthcare providers, allowing for decisions that positively move patient health forward. In addition to working to serve customers on an individual level, Dante Genomics was also at the forefront of the fight against COVID-19, completing more than 5 million COVID tests. Dante Labs is also working closely with pharmaceutical companies to use genetic information to influence and improve drug development. Currently, Dante Labs has offices in Italy, Dubai, and the United States, and will continue to expand in coming years.
