Abstract Andrea is a business lawyer. Legal advice to a leading Italian company operating in the fashion industry. Andrea drafts internationally franchise agreements (for instance: Mexico, Korea, China) for the fashion industry and manages the negotiations on behalf of the Italian customer until closing. Legal advice to a leading Italian company operating in the heavy industry sector (production and trade of drilling machines) that works with Caterpillar USA since 1993, supplying drill rigs mounted on bases CAT. Legal advice to minority shareholders of an Italian bank in litigation against the majority shareholders for management problems.
