Between listening to Bach and Beiber, reading Dante and Dan Brown, and scrutinizing a Rembrandt and a Rothko, I love to study human expression in all forms. Exploration--especially outside of the country--is my mantra. As a high school English teacher, I have sought to share this love of enriching experiences with students through classroom discussions and lessons outside of the classroom. I believe that "No man is an island,/Entire of itself" and that just as artists of the past have dramatically impacted us, so too can we have great influence on each other. We each have a singularly remarkable duty to improve lives. My ambition is to do this through the vehicle of corporate social responsibility. I love public speaking, and thrive on facilitating meaningful interactions between groups. I look forward to using past experiences as a springboard for future study at business school on improving lives through effective social responsibility.
