Andrea Boullosa Ramones
Photographer, Editor, and Filmmaker in Lisboa, Portugal
After I got my Diploma in Audio Production, this created in me the desire to deepen in Media by studying Audiovisual Communication at Polytechnic University of Valencia.
At the same time, I carried out various photography courses from basic level to advanced, including a sport photography course and a workshop of events’ photography.
Simultaneously, I’ve participated on photagraphy contests, achieving every time important classifications, even in some achieving first places. This took me to be selected to participate in a photographic proyect at Köln International School of Design in Germany. After that, I was chosen for another proyect in Turkey with Anadolu University, which consisted in doing short films in order to prevent accidents at construction sites, for a period of two weeks and with the collaboration from the students of civil engeneering from Warsaw University of Technlogy and from University of Applied Science from Vilnius.
In addition, I adquired a lot of experience during my internship at the Berca Television Company of Algemesi. I had the opportunity to decide about the creation of contents and about the reportages, interviews and post production. To conclude my career, I chose the erasmus grant to study one year at Polytechnic Institute of Lisbon, specifically at Theater and Cinema College of this University (IPL), so that way I can expand my knowledge both academically and language wise.
Finally, my main goal is to increase my experience in the Image area, going from camera operator to post production and eventually cinematographer. Along with that, my other passion is scuba diving; so by participating in a contest of underwater video with FEDAS Comunidad Valenciana I was able to bring together both of my passions, in which I achieved third place.
