I run an innovation consultancy called Frameplay. Frameplay helps established software companies achieve sustained growth and thrive in an increasingly complicated world.

Over my career, I've worked as a web developer, a business analyst, a product strategist and an innovation program manager.

I love sharing what I've learned, which is why I speak at events like Lean Startup Week, and SxSW, organize and mentor at Startup Weekends, and am a Top Writer in Innovation on Medium.

It's also why I got into consulting: I work directly with my clients to give them the tools and support they need to ensure they're focused on what's the most valuable to their customers.
