Andrea works as a consultant at the Integration of Latin America and the Caribbean (INTAL), a unit of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), where she focuses on communications projects and other activities concerning Latin American integration. She holds a Master’s degree in International Relations (Europe-Latin America) at Università di Bologna (Italy) and a BA in Public Relations from UM University in Argentina, where she graduated first in her class.

Before IDB, Andrea worked at the Italian Parliament as a Parliamentarian Assistant and has worked throughout the United States, Latin America and New Zealand with many NGOs and companies, including Walt Disney World, Google and MasterCard, communications and social media agencies, and over 50 small businesses as well, honing her skills as a high-level professional who can combine strategic communication with an in-depth understanding of the international issues present in any kind of organization.

As a result of her particular interest in international affairs and knowledge of different cultures, she has lived in four continents, and speaks English, Spanish and Italian. Andrea is flexible, energetic and creative, a hard worker who enjoys challenging projects in which to further develop her skills working for companies and organizations around the world.

Andrea was invited twice as “Leader of Tomorrow” at the St. Gallen Symposium in Switzerland, the Harvard Project for Asian and International Relations (HPAIR) in the US, the World Business Dialogue at University of Cologne, Germany, and the South American Business Forum (SABF) in Buenos Aires, Argentina. These, among other acknowledgements, have demonstrated her publicly recognized abilities to work effectively in disparate cultural environments as an agent of constructive change.
