Reporter in Washington, DC
I have more than a decade of experience covering law enforcement and public safety issues in the Washington, D.C. region.
I worked most recently as the Justice Department reporter for The Washington Times. Before that I covered local news in the D.C. region and wrote about politics, public corruption, federal and local courts, immigration issues, firearms policy and crime.
For 2018, I decided to try something a little different. I'll spend the year as a Project on Government Oversight congressional oversight fellow and support the majority staff on the House Energy and Commerce Committee.
