￼I firmly believe that travelling is not only about getting to our destination, just like cooking is not only about the food. They are both forms of exploration, journeys meant to be enjoyed with all our senses.
I am the kind of woman who changed countries twice to get out of her comfort zone, and who would prepare a 3-course meal all for herself (just because Christmas ought to be celebrated even if you do it alone). I have an appreciation for discovery, for healthy, nutritious food and the joy of sharing it with others; and probably most importantly I have learned to take pleasure in self-indulgence without feeling guilty.
So I cease every opportunity to get on the road taking me to new places, because it makes me happy to share adventures with others. My love for travel, food and photography inspired "Too Big a Bite? Chew more".
