Andrea Villines

A Kansas City, Missouri-based entrepreneur and realtor, Andrea Villines currently splits her time between running wholesaler Midland Mulch Sales and real estate firm Anvil Properties. With a diverse professional background, Ms. Villines began a career following high school as a concert violinist. In this time, she also dually functioned as a fashion model appearing in various runway shows and advertisements, for which work she achieved distinction as Top Runway Model in 2001. After earning a degree from Ashworth College, Andrea Villines entered into the next phase of her career in residential real estate sales at Reece & Nichols Realtors.

Three years later, Andrea Villines left Reece & Nichols to found Anvil Properties, where to this day she purchases, rents, and sells homes throughout the greater Kansas City area. In addition, she serves as a sales executive with Exit Realty Group. Active in her community, the accomplished professional frequently volunteers her time to women and children at local shelters.
